Customer Care
All Rainework pieces are handcrafted with care and that's how we treat them when we get them ready to journey to you. Malas are wrapped in soft, drawstring bags with the tassels tucked into paper tubes to prevent any tangles. More packing material is then wrapped around the pieces before they are placed in bubble mailer envelopes, sealed and sent out.
All packages are shipped via Canada Post with tracking information provided. In the unlikely event that a package is lost, you as the customer will be fully reimbursed for both the item and any shipping charges. In the unlikely event that a package is damaged, or product is damaged on arrival, you as the customer will be fully reimbursed for both the item and shipping charges once sufficient evidence of damage has been shared with Rainework.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted nature of all Rainework products, returns are only accepted under specific circumstances: damage during shipping or damage that was the result of any defect in a piece and was not the result of any action of the buyer. I love what I do and I want you to love the piece you choose so if you find yourself with something damaged through no action of your own, please don't hesitate to contact me. I will do all I can to make it right.
Exchanges are only possible in the event of the above-listed damage.
Custom work is always final sale.
Wholesale Inquiries
Wholesale inquiries are welcome, with the reminder that this is a small business featuring handcrafted work created by a single artist/designer. Any large volume order would require enough lead time to be completed. Any discounts offered for larger volume orders will be decided on a case by case basis.
